This place is great for the price. It's directly across the street from beach access between two giant resorts you'd pay 6 times as much to stay in. Down the street from many shops, short drive to Walmart. We got a full fridge, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave for a FRACTION of the cost anywhere else. It hasn't been updated in a while, but if you're going for value, or looking to spend your money on stuff to do rather than where you sleep, you can't do better. I wouldn't recommend for families, as the rooms aren't huge. But for some college kids or a young couple it'd be perfect.
We stay there in 2012or 5 days. Exceptional customer service. It has kitchenette as well as a ceramic tiled bathroom. I would definitely recommend this motel. Prices are reasonable.
We were there many many years ago and upon that time it was a very fine cheap place to stay for couple weeks and get wetted in the beautyfull Mexican Gulf, which is really near accross the road. Owner Mario was one friendly nice man. Great memories!
This 4th of July my fiance and I will be spending our third visit there in the past couple of months. We absolutely love it. It's like home away from home, it's a cottage across from the beach. There's a full stove and oven, full fridge with freezer, and all the dishes that you would need for your stay. Plus, the best part, cool staff and cheapest prices on the rooms. We never even look anywhere else, this really is our home away from home.
Great family owned hotel. Rick, the owner/manager and his daughter are just great. The hotel is across the road from the beach and the beach access. We literally walk maybe 200 ft and our toes are in the worlds most beautiful crystal white sand. The sand is really cool! When i first stepped on the sand i thought i stepped on someones pet! That is because the sand makes squeaking noises when you walk on it. I thought that was really cool! I have never walked on Sand that made noise before. The Hotel was just renovated this year. The room we stayed in was really nice. TV, internet, and cable. The only downside that I saw through the whole deal was there was no pool on site. Nevertheless, right across the street next to the Bikini Beach Hotel is a bar with a huge pool that is accessible to the public they serve alcohol and food and be honest the fare was pretty good and not overly expensive Great place to stay hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.. PS. I forgot the prices were great too!!!!!
